HUMANITARIAN TRIP PROGRAMS

Freepackers’ experiences are about sharing and interacting. We believe that our projects should lead to learning: a different culture, new encounters, the discovery of different traditions, and above all, dialogue. Open-mindedness is therefore a key word in our humanitarian experiences!

YOUNG PEOPLE

OUR PROJECTS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Freepackers' humanitarian projects are spread all over the world! Asia, Africa, America or Oceania, the experiences offered are all as diverse as they are unique. The only thing they have in common is that we know all the host organisations personally and have visited most of these projects and/or destinations in person.

FAMILIES

OUR PROJECTS FOR FAMILIES

For all our community projects, we require a minimum intermediate level of English or Spanish depending on the destination (B1 minimum). Communication is indeed a key element of these programmes, and understanding and being understood by the local population is essential in order to enjoy the full richness of the project. If you need a refresher course, we can arrange for you to take a language course upon arrival or online before departure.

Our projects for gourps or in solo!

Our projects for gourps or in solo!

Humanitarian projects with Freepackers: definition

Reminder: unlike humanitarian aid projects, which involve emergency and one-off aid put in place during an exceptional crisis or natural disaster situation, our humanitarian projects are sustainable development projects that encompass social, economic, and environmental aspects.

This involves aid for renovation, reconstruction, education, and, above all, collaborative work with local communities. Humanitarian projects are therefore assignments that contribute to improving a community’s living conditions. The target audience is thus very broad, and there are many experiences to be had!
