Bush school and wildlife orphanage

This humanitarian teaching mission in Africa involves bringing entire classes to nature reserves to teach them about respect for nature and animals. Volunteers play a very active role with these children who have never had the chance to experience the richness of their own country. The children stay on the project for a week, surrounded by volunteers who organize an orientation day, lead activities (swimming, football games, etc.), and accompany them throughout their short training.

Volunteers also have the task of assisting the caretakers of the center in feeding and taking care of the rescued animals and new arrivals. Some maintenance work (gardening, enclosure maintenance, etc.) will also be required of volunteers during their working time.
Since the center receives a different school group each week, the weeks are diverse, and the program varies from week to week.

In order to avoid any contact with breeding facilities for hunting purposes, this project does not include interaction with lion cubs or automatic contact with other baby animals. This humanitarian teaching mission is a long-term conservation project aimed at integrating the local population into species preservation efforts and educating and raising awareness among children about the environment.
