These initiatives, located in rural areas of Ireland, aim to promote an environmentally friendly lifestyle. You will take part in various activities such as growing organic vegetables, building eco-friendly homes, and maintaining natural habitats.
The goal is to contribute to these programs to enhance their positive impact while raising your awareness of sustainable practices.

In this program, you can join two eco-centers: one specializes in organic vegetable cultivation, while the other focuses on sustainable construction (tiny houses).
These eco-centers host various events such as workshops, training sessions, and conferences. They feature multiple organic fruit and vegetable gardens as well as wooded areas. These locations promote a sustainable lifestyle with a low environmental impact.

In this program, the farms aim to preserve and enhance Ireland’s natural habitats. To achieve this, they raise free-range chickens, livestock, and bees, while also cultivating organic fruits and vegetables.
These farms also play an educational role by welcoming visitors, including school and community groups, to raise awareness about sustainable farming practices.

You will spend your first night in Cork at a hostel. Located in the city center, it is just a few minutes’ walk from shops and key landmarks.
After check-in, you will have free time to rest and explore the surroundings.
On the morning of the second day, participants meet the local team at the hostel reception for an orientation session covering various aspects of the program, followed by a city tour.
At the end of the second day, participants are taken to the bus or train station to travel to their project location.
If you join the sustainable farming project, you will stay with a host family for full immersion in Irish culture. Participants joining the Eco-center projects will be accommodated in a on site residence shared with other volunteers.
All meals are included on the homestay option. At the eco-center, volunteers will be in charge of buying their own food, cooking, cleaning, etc.
