In this program located in the city of Kandy, you will contribute to the renovation and restoration of ancient temples, as well as assist in the renovation of educational institutions, schools, and community centers. The program’s goal is to bring new life to these places.

This program is available all year-round and starts weekly. Arrival on Saturday at the Colombo airport.
All our international construction and renovation missions are open to everyone and can also host engineers and students as part of an accredited internship.

You will stay in shared accommodation with other volunteers, in rooms accommodating 4 to 10 people. It is located a few kilometers from the center of Kandy. In the city center, you will find all the amenities you need.
The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.
During the week, you will receive 3 meals per day. On weekends, you will have 2 meals per day.
The meals are a mix of Western and Sri Lankan cuisine, primarily vegetarian dishes, including rice and vegetables. You also have the option to dine at one of the local restaurants at your own expense.
This project is located in the peaceful yet vibrant city of Kandy, away from the noise and overcrowding of larger cities. As the former capital of the Sri Lankan kingdom, Kandy remains an important cultural center, featuring major temples that attract both locals and tourists with activities such as chanting, dancing, handicrafts, and ancient temples. The city boasts a wide range of historical sites waiting to be explored!
