Redefine your career path with Real Step

About Real Step

Real Step was created in response to a demand for professionalizing experiences and thus offers internships with agreements, professional training, and gap years abroad, with a lasting and positive impact on local communities.

RealStep is the result of the work of a team of passionate individuals who have been collaborating with NGOs for 10 years. Justine Trembicki decided to create this new organization following numerous feedbacks from volunteers who went with Freepackers, the first organization she founded.

Through Real Step, we support you in your professional journey and offer you an international experience that allows you to develop cross-functional skills. Thanks to our experience, we provide you with real expertise, notably through our in-depth knowledge of the field and partner organizations.

Why Real Step?

To access positive impact projects, to join teams of specialists working for local development and international cooperation. And because we understand how important it is to choose the right career path, our support is fully tailor-made: telephone meetings to define your interests and skills; permanent support and supervision on site; logistics organised according to the projects (accommodation, meals, transport, etc.).

At Realstep, we have carefully selected unique projects to help you find your path, to develop as a person and, above all, to make a lasting contribution to local communities.

Whether you are a student on a gap year, retraining, or looking for a work placement, with the help of our trusted NGOs, we will find the project that will allow you to reach your goal.
