Traveling in a group
Traveling in a group and getting involved in volunteer projects is a way to give a whole new dimension to your adventure.
We present 11 itineraries across Europe, Africa, and Asia, perfectly suited for groups wishing to travel for 1 to 2 weeks (a group includes a minimum of 10 people).
These tours allow you to get involved in meaningful projects such as teaching in local schools, building and renovating public buildings, or raising awareness among local populations about environmental protection.
Itineraries with a variety of commitments
Three main types of volunteer projects are available during your trip with us. These themes allow everyone to contribute according to their skills and interests.
Teaching projects
You will have the chance to interact with local communities, especially children in schools. Your role will include:
- Assisting local teachers in their daily routines
- Teaching English, math, and science
- Sharing your culture and knowledge with young children
- Designing and leading fun, interactive activities (singing, games, creative or sports workshops)
- Stimulating children’s creativity and curiosity
Teaching does not require any previous experience in education, but rather a good level of English, a genuine desire to share and connect. You will enjoy special moments with the children and create unforgettable memories.
Construction and renovation projects
If you prefer hands-on activities, these projects allow you to make a tangible contribution to improving local infrastructure:
- Renovating classrooms or community buildings
- Painting to brighten up local structures
- Developing public gardens or play areas
- Building small structures useful to communities
These projects offer the satisfaction of seeing the results of your work and knowing your contribution will have a lasting impact long after you leave!
Diverse experiences
For groups seeking a variety of experiences, mixed projects combine several types of activities. For example:
- One week of teaching followed by a week of renovation work
- Alternating between construction in the morning and educational activities in the afternoon
- Projects focused on raising awareness about environmental protection or fighting food waste
This provides an even more complete and enriching experience and allows every group member to find their place based on their abilities and interests.
Our itineraries in Europe
We invite you to check out the programs and brochures below to see which volunteer projects appeal to you.
Portugal: Fighting food waste
In the heart of the Portuguese capital, this itinerary offers an immersion in a project focused on combating food waste and supporting vulnerable populations. In between your volunteering actions, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the charms of Lisbon and visit iconic places in and around the city.
France: Château fort de Ham – Heritage restoration
Ideal for school groups wishing to participate in preserving French historical heritage. The Château fort de Ham opens its doors for you to take part in restoration work, such as tool maintenance and outdoor landscaping. Cultural activities are also planned, including visits to the historic town, church, Amiens cathedral, and a local show.

Kenya: Teaching and cultural immersion
In schools in Nakuru, this itinerary offers a meaningful teaching experience with young children from local schools. The program also includes deep cultural immersion with visits to iconic cultural and natural sites in the region, as well as an introduction to Swahili, the local language, to ease communication.
Tanzania: Monduli – Triple impact: nature and culture
During this trip, your group can take part in multiple projects. One focuses on the environment with tree planting and raising environmental awareness among local communities. Another is a teaching project in a school. The last is a construction and renovation site for local infrastructure. Plus, a unique immersive experience in a Maasai tribe!
Cape Verde: Teaching and intercultural exchange
On this archipelago, your group will join a typical teaching program, focused on interaction with children. You’ll teach them the basics of English and can organize fun and sports activities to make it as enriching an experience as possible.
Projects in Asia
Philippines: Education and construction
Contribute to a project within a school and share your knowledge in math, English, or science alongside local teachers. In addition to this, you’ll help renovate healthcare centers, schools, or green spaces.
Thailand: Teaching experience in Hua Hin
By working alongside Thai teachers, you will be close to local communities to share your knowledge with children. Outside of the projects, you’ll have time to explore the must-see sites in the region and beyond.
Thailand: Double commitment in Chiang Mai
Like the Philippines project, you’ll be involved in two projects: one teaching children English or other subjects based on your skills, and the other improving local infrastructure through construction work. You’ll also discover Thai culture through cooking classes, language lessons, and city visits.
Bali: Construction project
This program allows you to contribute to a construction project, helping local communities with renovations of community buildings. Work alongside them and enjoy meaningful and enriching exchanges.
Bali: Environmental awareness
Become a change-maker for the environment in one of Indonesia’s most iconic destinations! This program invites you to raise ecological awareness among young Balinese people. You’ll take part in beach and nature cleanups, tree planting, and fun environmental awareness workshops with schoolchildren.
Bali: Teaching in schools
