Clara shares her humanitarian experience through her animal volunteering in Namibia!

WHAT WERE THE TASKS ENTRUSTED TO ME?

The missions on site were mainly the following: feeding sick or orphaned animals, cleaning their enclosures, fighting poaching by training dogs, and patrolling the protected reserve.

WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE BROUGHT ME…

On a professional level, this project will impact my future career and my resume. This project allowed me to grow personally by pushing some of my limits and learning new things about myself, such as my passion for humanitarian missions. The discovery of Namibian culture also gave me a new way of thinking and seeing things.

DO I RECOMMEND THIS PROJECT?

I recommend this humanitarian animal project for the real positive impact we can have on the lives of these animals and even some people, for the sharing we experience on site between coordinators and volunteers, and for finding a meaningful aspect to travel!
