High Safety Standards and Ethical Conditions<\/h3>\r\n

As part of our criteria for sustainable impact and standards that respect human rights, our partner projects must:<\/p>\r\n

  1. Employ more than 50% local staff<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  2. Have a co-management system<\/strong> with local communities<\/li>\r\n
  3. Ensure transparent management<\/strong> of funds<\/li>\r\n
  4. Involve professionals<\/strong> (biologists, nurses, architects, etc.)<\/li>\r\n
  5. Provide 24\/7 supervision<\/strong> and guide volunteers on a daily basis.<\/li>\r\n

    Ensuring that our projects meet high ethical standards means making sure they contribute to sustainable development. But what exactly does sustainable development mean?<\/p>\r\n

    Simply put, it means meeting the needs of today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. It is based on three key pillars: social, economic and environmental<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

    Our projects contribute to sustainable development across several areas, with a focus on Community, Environmental and Animal Welfare<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

    We also contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2030<\/strong>.     Freepackers is an independent organization that connects local projects with volunteers. We do this through a dedicated guidance and recruitment process<\/strong>, helping you choose a mission that matches both your expectations and the needs of the local community.<\/p>\r\n

    We work closely with both projects and volunteers through research and project assessment<\/strong>, ensuring that skills and expertise are matched with local needs. We have been supporting volunteers since 2014<\/strong>, and we continue to improve and refine our approach thanks to your feedback and experiences.<\/p>\r\n

    Through a phone interview and an application form<\/strong> (including your CV and motivation letter), we identify the project that best suits your profile and expectations.<\/p>\r\n
