Real Step was created in response to a demand for professionalizing experiences and thus offers internships with agreements<\/strong>, professional training<\/strong>, and gap years<\/strong> abroad, with a lasting and positive impact on local communities.<\/p>\r\n

RealStep is the result of the work of a team of passionate individuals who have been collaborating with NGOs for 10 years. Justine Trembicki decided to create this new organization following numerous feedbacks from volunteers who went with Freepackers, the first organization she founded.<\/p>\r\n
